Support Pleasant Valley students and join the Pleasant Valley Educational Foundation for a wonderful day at Palmer Hills Golf Course. Mark your calendars for Monday, April 26, 2021 for the PVEF Golf Benefit sponsored by Arconic.

Why you should get involved:

The goal of the Pleasant Valley Educational Foundation is to provide a scholarship to every deserving senior. In 2020, the Foundation awarded more than $110,000 in scholarships to 113 Pleasant Valley High School students. With a 2021 graduating class of over 350 and continual enrollment growth in the district, providing scholarships for deserving students is both challenging and exciting. Help us make the post-secondary aspirations of current and future students a reality!

How you can get involved:

All proceeds raised at the PVEF Golf Benefit go directly to our Scholarship Program. The registration fee is $125 per golfer, and includes green fees, carts, lunch, and snacks! This year to provide for social distancing, we will have assigned tee times starting at 9:00am. Indicate your tee time preference on the included brochure (9:00am-9:30am, 9:30am-10:00am, 10:00am-10:30am, 10:30am-11:00am, 11:00am-11:30am). In lieu of a sit-down meal, lunch will be available soon as you’re done with your round!  Please notify us if you would prefer to have your own cart.

Not a golfer? Don’t worry. You can support the PVEF in the following ways:

  • Become a Hole Sponsor. For $125, we’ll place a sign with your message on the course.
  • Donate a Prize. Send us gift cards, tickets or tokens and we’ll use them!
  • Make Your Annual Donation. Any monetary donation helps our students.

The Foundation is a federally recognized non-profit organization, so your donation is tax deductible.

To register:

Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to seeing you at Palmer Hills on Monday, April 26, 2021!

Building A Foundation

Thanks to generous donors from across the country, the Pleasant Valley Educational Foundation works to build a foundation for our students to grow and achieve their dreams. Our scholarship program helps students to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities. New research shows less than 5% of Quad City students who do not start a post-secondary program immediately after high school will not complete a program, whether it’s a four-year degree or a vocational program. The Foundation scholarships give students an incentive to continue their educations and, in turn, build our community.

Watch to see how the PVEF has helped students over the last 25 years.
